Jonathan Hardee was on fire again today after his six under 67 on Saturday. On a cooler day with breezy conditions, the Greer native fired one better to set a new tournament record at 13 under par. Trace Crowe (Bluffton) also managed 66 but could not catch Hardee and his hot streak. Kelli Murphy (Elgin) backed up her opening round of 70 with a two under 71 to capture the 19th Cheraw Fall Challenge. Carly Burkhardt (Greenville) fired a great round of three under 70 to get close to Murphy, but could not make up the final two shot margin of victory that Kelli enjoyed today. The boys 13-14 needed extra holes to determine the champion. After both players finished regulation play at 5 over par; Travis Mancil (Hilton Head) defeated Jack Parrott with a birdie on the par five second hole of Cheraw State Park. More
