GREENVILLE, SC (Feb. 25, 2023) – First round results of the Morgan Lucas Championship Presented by Marchant Real Estate hosted by Greenville Country Club - Chanticleer in Greenville, SC, on Saturday February 25, 2023.

This morning, Greenville Country Club – Chanticleer welcomed 73 of South Carolina's top ranked junior golfers for the first round of the Morgan Lucas Championship Presented by Marchant Real Estate.

 

In the boys division, David Oliver IV of Pageland and Tip Price of Greenville each posted one-under par 71 to co-lead the first round of the Morgan Lucas Championship.

 

Five players sit tied for second in the boys division, each finishing the day with a score of one-over par 73.

 

Lilly Reed Black of Chapin carded a first round score of five-over par 77 to lead the girls division. She had two birdies and an eagle today to hold a six-shot lead heading into the final round tomorrow.

 

Mia Andrade of Chapin currently sits in second in the girls division, finishing the day at 11-over par 83.

 

The final round of the Morgan Lucas Championship Presented by Marchant Real Estate begins tomorrow at 10:00 A.M. off #1 and #10.
