EASLEY, SC (June 6, 2024) – Final round results of the Upstate Junior Classic hosted by Smithfields Country Club on Wednesday, June 6, 2024.

In the boys 15-18 division, Jamen Sanders of Goose Creek and Harrison Lapointe of Fort Mill each finished the day with an overall score of two-under-par 142 to be forced into a sudden death playoff.  After a three-hole playoff, it was James Sanders who secured the champion title of the 15-18 division. Sanders carded five birdies today in his final round and posted a final round score of one-over-par 73.  Harrison Lapointe was named runner-up and posted an impressive final round score of one-under par 71.  


Londyn Rath of Spartanburg was crowned champion of the girls 13-18 division with two-day total of nine-over par 153. Katelyn Cubbison of Greer was named runner-up in the girls division with an overall score of ten-over par 154.  
 

Landry Williams of Bluffton finished the tournament with an overall score of three-over par 147 to claim the boys 13-14 division title. He had four birdies today and posted a final round score of two-over par 74. Woods Weston of Columbia was named runner-up in this division with a two-day total of ten-over par 154.  



In the boys 12 and under division, Wilson Brasington of Greenville took home the title with an 18-hole total of one-over par 73. Moses ZikusookA of Spartanburg finished two-shots off the lead to claim second place in the boys 12 and under division.
